Overview
Helen and Andy’s Loft Conversion was due to commence just as the first COVID lock down was introduced. This was an unparalleled & extremely anxious time for everyone, especially as it would involve having a team of contractors working in their home.
Together we worked to put the project on hold, until measures were later relaxed. When the project finally resumed Excellence ensured that every precaution & measure was taken to not ensure the families safety, confidence, and comfort, but also that of our team.
Helen & Andy had the loft transformed into two large bedrooms; one being utilised as a home office & games room. Our design also allowed for a w.c to be added, which was centrally located, at the top of the landing.
Although Helen & Andy loved their newly converted loft, they had always wanted to live in a particular location, which previously, remained out of their reach. Excitingly, due to the strong Portishead market and property prices, their Loft conversion increased their homes appeal and value to the point where this move was now possible.
We are grateful & proud that we not only help our families live a more comfortable and luxurious lifestyle in their newly converted, extended and transformed homes, but we take great joy that we also help clients to reach their next property aspirations.
