We transformed the loft into a spacious living area, featuring a lounge, kitchen, dining area, and separate W.C., complemented by a generous walk-out balcony.

 

This addition not only enhances natural light and space but also offers extended leisure and entertainment areas. With careful attention to detail, including infinity glass balustrades, we preserved the property’s panoramic views.

 

Coordination with local utilities ensured seamless relocation of power lines, guaranteeing unobstructed balcony vistas. To accommodate ample headroom, a double hip to gable conversion was expertly constructed.
