Kirsty and Spencer joined our Excellence family after being recommended to us by Helen & James, who previously had a kitchen/Diner renovation completed by us. James was an employee of Spencer, therefore meaning we felt even more blessed that he had recommended us to his employer. No pressure, then!
Like many of our customers, Kirsty & Spencer had just completed their purchase of this beautiful family home in Ellenborough village, on the outskirts of Weston Super Mare.
Although they had ideas on how they would like to extend and transform this already spacious executive home, they needed expert help to create a project package that maximised their vision but remained within their desired budget. To achieve this, they took advantage of our reduced deposit scheme, which allowed them to secure a place on our schedule and engage our design services.
As part of our concept to completion service, Paul worked with them to understand their lifestyle and space aspirations. By remaining mindful of their desired budget, Paul used his extensive build expertise and knowledge to work with our Architectural team and Structural engineer to agree the most effective designs and cost-efficient build solutions to bridge their vision and budget.
Spencer owns a very successful branding & design agency, working with some of the best known global super brands. His creativity, attention to detail and natural drive for excellence meant that our project management, service delivery, quality craftmanship and customer care all needed to stand up to his and Kirsty’s exceptional high standards. Challenge accepted!
Not only are Kirsty & Spencer absolutely delighted with their new designer home, but they have also become a part of our FOREVER FAMILY and have already recommended us to several new clients, who have since joined our Excellence Family. We could not be more grateful & cannot wait to return and complete their pending Loft Conversion.
Kirsty was also one of the most generous hosts, responsible for several post project diets. She not only overfed the troops whilst on her project but even delivered Costas & treats to them once they had moved on to their next project. #SpoiltTeam.

- Landscaped rear garden with decking, porcelain tiles, lighting, and audio security system.
- Designer doors throughout ground floor.
- Enhanced electrics, CCTV security system, and new LVT flooring.
- Ground floor and upper landing decoration.
